build,openbsd: remove kvm-related code 
Remove the kvm.h include since 38323c9fb replaced the use of kvm_open()
with sysctl(),

Conditionally check for kvm_open() on non-OpenBSD platforms so LIBS (and
libuv.pc) does not unnecessarily contain "-lkvm".

e51442bbc9 win,tty: fix read stop in line mode 
Closing the handle does not make ReadConsoleW exit reliably on
Windows 7 and above. Thus, after switching from line to raw mode,
keypresses were held until enter was pressed. This makes ReadConsoleW
exit by writing a return keypress to its input buffer, similar to
what was already done for raw mode.

9386f2ca94 build, mingw: set LIBS in configure.ac 
Instead of doing it instead Makefile.am, this fixes libuv.pc on MinGW.

Previous version generates libuv.pc with LIBS = "-lpthread" instead of
"-lpthread -lws2_32 -lpsapi -liphlpapi -lshell32 -luserenv" on MinGW.

Previous version generates the following Makefile.am:

    am__append_4 = -lws2_32 -lpsapi -liphlpapi -lshell32 -luserenv
    ...
    LIBS = -lpthread  $(am__append_4)

and the following configure.ac:

    AS_IF([test "x$PKG_CONFIG" != "x"], [
        AC_CONFIG_FILES([libuv.pc])
    ])
    AC_CONFIG_FILES([Makefile])

Therefore, Makefile is generated after libuv.pc. Variables from
Makefile don't affect config.status and libuv.pc.

bb2632b339 aix: add ahafs autoconf detection and README notes 
The libuv filesystem events API on AIX requires the non-default IBM
`bos.ahafs` package to be installed.  The library should still compile
and work on systems without this package.  This patch adds proper
detection to `configure.ac` and makes the API return `-ENOSYS` at
runtime if the system does not support it.

c66edd4e64 build: remove -Wno-dollar-in-identifier-extension 
Don't check if -Wno-dollar-in-identifier-extension is supported in the
autotools build; that flag was only necessary on OS X and only when the
dtrace probes were enabled (because dtrace(1) generates identifiers with
sigils in them).  The probes were removed in commit cb51400, making the
check unnecessary.

cb5140023b build: remove dtrace probes 
The existing probes, all two of them, cause a great deal of pain for
people trying to build libuv on Linux because of SystemTap's dtrace(1)
utilitity not understanding the -xnolibs flag.

We could hack around that but it's easier to just remove the probes:
they are largely useless and unused while still needing a lot of
supporting infrastructure.  This commit removes 200 lines of code
and configuration.
