Santiago Gimeno	4d0054145d	test: fix flaky tcp-write-queue-order ... Delay the timer start to be sure all handles are created when `timer_cb` is executed. We set the maximum buffer size of the client socket to a specific value so unreasonable OS settings won't trigger assert failures.
