unix,fs: use uint64_t instead of unsigned long
`unsigned long` is not guaranteed to be 8 bytes long. This prevents overflow errors from occurring as seen in issue #913 Fixes: https://github.com/libuv/libuv/issues/913 PR-URL: https://github.com/libuv/libuv/pull/914 Reviewed-By: Saúl Ibarra Corretgé <saghul@gmail.com> Reviewed-By: Colin Ihrig <cjihrig@gmail.com> Reviewed-By: Ben Noordhuis <info@bnoordhuis.nl>
