Daniel Stenberg 2f5049ae02 zuul: pin the quiche build to use an older cmake-rs ... The latest cmake-rs assumes cmake's --parallel works. That was added in cmake 3.12, but a lot of our CI builds run on Ubuntu Bionic which only has cmake 3.10. Fixes #7927 Closes #7952		2021-11-03 23:22:39 +01:00
