Daniel Stenberg 9beae7693a Removed defines with TIMECOND_ prefixes. They have been obsolte since April 22 ... 2002, and if this causes anyone any problems now it is very easy to just add CURL_ to the names. This corrects this name space pollution.		2004-01-21 08:39:54 +00:00
