(needs e.g. `--enable-curl` when building wolfSSL) - detect `HAVE_WOLFSSL_FULL_BIO` and enable HTTPS-proxy feature. (needs e.g. `--enable-opensslall` when building wolfSSL) - fix to show `HTTPS-proxy` in cmake feature list.
