Renovate only matches on the raw version numbers of a package, but OpenSSL includes `openssl-` as a prefix in the version number. This change means that the match string now expects the `openssl-` prefix and will just update the version portion. This also updates quictls so that renovate can detect and update the version correctly. Closes #15359 |
