- emit warning for `ENABLE_DEBUG` builds. - add words to clarify that `ENABLE_DEBUG` is meant for developing curl itself. - add comment saying `CMAKE_WINDOWS_EXPORT_ALL_SYMBOLS=ON` CMake option may export extra, non-curl symbols.
