tests: ignore QUIT from FTP protocol comparisons
...
- QUIT is not an important FTP command
- curl only sends it "best effort", meaning it might not be sent
- it is a known "flaky" thing in test output because of this

tests: sync feature names with curl -V
...
Some feature names used in tests had minor differences compared to
the well-known ones from `curl -V`. This patch syncs them to make test
results easier to grok.

tests: use %TESTNUMBER instead of fixed number
...
This makes the tests easier to copy and relocate to other test numbers
without having to update content.

tests 1348 to 1355: several -O -J -i -D combinations with FTP protocol
...
Currently 1348 to 1354 succeed but a write failure is logged in traceNNNN.
Currently 1355 fails, so disabled for now.
