Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	4a8fa48946	http_proxy: fix the User-Agent inclusion in CONNECT ... It should not refer to the uagent string that is allocated and created for the end server http request, as that pointer may be cleared on subsequent CONNECT requests. Added test case 1184 to verify.
