Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Kamil Dudka	0c8e5f7e6a	ftp: prevent server from hanging on closed data connection ... Some FTP servers (e.g. Pure-ftpd) end up hanging if we close the data connection before transferring all the requested data. If we send ABOR in that case, it prevents the server from hanging.
