Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	381e372939	Bug report #1779054 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1779054 ) pointed out that libcurl didn't deal with very long (>16K) FTP server response lines properly. Starting now, libcurl will chop them off (thus the client app will not get the full line) but survive and deal with them fine otherwise.
