Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	7877619f85	dotdot: introducing dot file path cleanup ... RFC3986 details how a path part passed in as part of a URI should be "cleaned" from dot sequences before getting used. The described algorithm is now implemented in lib/dotdot.c with the accompanied test case in test 1395.
