Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	c5ba0c2f54	FTP: handle a 230 welcome response ... ...instead of the 220 we otherwise expect. Made the ftpserver.pl support sending a custom "welcome" and then created test 1219 to verify this fix with such a 230 welcome.
